Hot Weather Conditions Across Various Regions
The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts that Tuesday, September 1, 2026, will experience relatively hot to hot weather in the Tadla plains, the Souss region, the Saiss area, the southeastern regions, and the interior desert provinces. In contrast, local thunderstorms are expected to bring rainfall to the High Atlas and Middle Atlas regions, as well as the eastern area. Unstable clouds accompanied by occasional rain showers and thunderstorms will affect the Rif and Saiss regions. Conversely, temperatures will range from 15 to 21 degrees in the mountain and Rif areas and near the coasts, while generally falling between 21 and 25 degrees across the rest of the kingdom. Forecasts for various cities indicate a minimum temperature of 28 degrees in Errachidia and 26 degrees in both Fes and Taounate.
