Aerial Performances Celebrating King Mohammed VI's Anniversary
In a grand celebration of the 27th anniversary of King Mohammed VI's ascension to the throne, the Royal Armed Forces of Morocco is set to host spectacular aerial displays and parachute jumps on July 30th and 31st, 2026. This event is a tribute to the King, who is also the Supreme Commander and Chief of Staff of the Royal Armed Forces. According to a statement from the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, the aerial shows will take place along the coast of the Strait of Gibraltar on the first day, while the second day will feature performances at the Martil Corniche, both commencing at 6 PM.
The renowned "Green March" squadron of the Royal Air Force will lead these impressive displays. Additionally, on July 30th, starting from 10 AM, parachutists from the national team will execute precision jumps at the Rabat Marina in Salé, showcasing a variety of aerial maneuvers, including free fall formations and artistic displays. This event promises to highlight not only the skill of the participants but also the rich culture and heritage of Morocco.
