On April 13, 2026, Crown Prince Moulay Hassan presided over the inauguration of the impressive Mohammed VI Tower, a landmark event attended by numerous officials and representatives from the companies responsible for this monumental project. Standing at an impressive height of 250 meters, the Mohammed VI Tower, developed by O Tower, a subsidiary of the O Capital Group led by Othman Benjelloun, is a multifunctional skyscraper that encompasses offices, luxury apartments, commercial spaces, restaurants, and a high-end hotel operated by the Waldorf Astoria Group, along with an astronomical observatory.
The recently completed tower boasts 55 floors, rising above a four-level platform, and features a sleek, rocket-like design that gives it a striking visual presence on the horizon of the capital. Covering an area exceeding 102,000 square meters, this architectural marvel houses a luxurious hotel, modern offices, and upscale apartments, as well as a panoramic viewing platform that offers breathtaking views of the capital and the Abirag River Valley.
