Exciting Job Opportunities: Administrative Assistants Recruitment in Morocco's Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication

Job Announcement for Administrative Assistants

The Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication in Morocco is set to conduct a recruitment exam for six Administrative Assistants in the cultural sector on May 3, 2026. This examination will take place at the National Institute of Archaeology and Heritage, located in the city of Erfan, at the intersection of Rue 5 and Rue 7 in Rabat. Additional locations may be announced at a later date.

Eligibility Criteria and Application Process

The recruitment process is open to Moroccan citizens who possess one of the following qualifications: a high school diploma or any certificate listed in accordance with Decree No. 90-12-22 dated April 30, 2012, which outlines the required certificates for various positions established by the fundamental regulations. Furthermore, 25% of the positions are reserved for candidates who are resistance fighters, beneficiaries of national support, veterans, or war heroes, while 7% are allocated for individuals with disabilities. Applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old to qualify for the examination.

To apply, candidates must submit a complete application file that includes the following documents: a participation request addressed to the Minister of Youth, Culture, and Communication, clearly stating the applicant’s full name, address, phone number, and the position they are applying for; a current CV; a copy of their national identity card (both sides); a copy of the required diploma or an equivalent certificate along with validation from the relevant authorities (note that provisional certificates are not accepted); a disability certificate for candidates with disabilities; and a certificate proving the status of a resistance fighter or veteran, if applicable. Employees must also include a letter of approval from their current employer, issued by the central human resources department of the respective administration.

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the designated online platform at depot.emploi-public.ma, where candidates will need to upload their supporting documents in PDF format by March 31, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Any application that is not registered electronically, lacks the necessary documents, is submitted past the deadline, or does not meet the required criteria will not be considered.

The lists of eligible candidates for the examination and the final results, including waiting lists, will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, as well as on the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication's website at www.mjcc.gov.ma. The acceptance lists will serve as invitations for the examination.

The examination will consist of various tests, and any candidate scoring 5 or lower out of 20 will be disqualified. Only candidates without disqualifying scores and achieving a minimum average of 10 out of 20 in the written test will qualify for the oral examination.
