The Assistant Buyer role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the purchasing department through administrative support, order management, supplier relations, and data maintenance essential for operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring supplier orders, preparing purchase orders, maintaining a comprehensive product database, and coordinating communication between suppliers and the purchasing department. Candidates should possess a degree in management, commerce, logistics, or purchasing, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a renowned international hotel. Proficiency in purchasing processes, organizational skills, and effective communication are also essential.
On the other hand, the Reservation Agent is pivotal in enhancing customer relations by managing requests, tracking reservations, and promoting hotel offerings while adhering to the palace’s standards. This role requires responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, updating reservations in the system, and collaborating closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Applicants should have at least a Bachelor’s degree, relevant experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in both French and English.
