Among the notable new flights from Birmingham Airport is a much-anticipated service to Tunisia, which will commence selling tickets for the summer period from May 1 to October 30, 2027. Furthermore, EGYPTAIR is set to introduce a new route connecting Birmingham Airport with Cairo International Airport, operating four times a week starting October 27, 2026. This route will provide travelers with convenient access to Egypt's historical treasures and vibrant urban life.

Jet2 is also expanding its offerings from Birmingham Airport with exciting new destinations such as Jersey, with flights scheduled three times a week from May 2 to October 10, 2027. In addition, they will launch a service to the picturesque island of Thassos in Greece, available for booking from May 12 to September 29, 2027, allowing travelers to discover one of Greece's hidden gems.

easyJet has entered the fray with a new route to Agadir, Morocco, which will take off this winter. The airline's packages, which are currently available for booking, include flights, hotel accommodations, 23kg luggage allowance, and transfers, making it a convenient option for those looking for an all-inclusive getaway.

Meanwhile, East Midlands Airport is also enhancing its flight programs, with Jet2 set to operate weekly Saturday services to Tunisia from May 1 to October 30. Additionally, the airline has added flights to Paris for summer 2027, offering travelers the chance to explore the iconic capital city with the UK's leading airline specializing in city breaks.
