The United States was represented by Richard Duke Buchan III, while Luís Filipe de Faro Ramos served as the ambassador from Portugal. Additionally, Foday Malang represented The Gambia, Bienvenu Okiemy came from the Republic of Congo, Ahmed Abdel Rahman Al-Bakr from Kuwait, and Philippe Lalliot was the ambassador from France. Each ambassador's introduction reflects Morocco’s commitment to fostering diverse international partnerships and collaborations.

This event was attended by key Moroccan officials, including Nasser Bourita, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, along with the King’s chamberlain, Sidi Mohammed El Alaoui.
