Details of General Assemblies

Beginning on Monday, April 27, at 10 AM, Crédit du Maroc will kick off the series of assemblies. The company is expected to present its annual accounts, which for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, report a consolidated net banking income of 3.6 billion dirhams, alongside a group net profit of 863.5 million dirhams and a net accounting profit of 804.4 million dirhams. Shareholders will be invited to approve a proposed dividend of 48 dirhams per share, with payments commencing on June 15, 2026. Additionally, the assembly will decide on the allocation of a total of 3.5 million dirhams in gross remuneration for the board members, as determined by the board of directors.

The following day, on Tuesday, April 28, Cash Plus will hold its assembly at 10 AM. Their annual accounts also reflect a healthy performance, with a net accounting profit of 251.45 million dirhams for the same fiscal year. The proposed dividend for shareholders stands at 9.73 dirhams per share, totaling around 238.88 million dirhams. The assembly will also deliberate on allocating a net amount of 500,000 dirhams for board member remuneration for the 2025 fiscal year.

On Wednesday, April 29, Ennakl Automobiles will convene at 9 AM. This company’s annual financial report shows a net accounting profit of 51.58 million Tunisian dinars. The shareholders will consider a proposed dividend of 1 dinar per share, amounting to 30 million dinars. Moreover, the assembly is set to approve a gross remuneration of 140,000 dinars for board members for the 2026 fiscal year.

Finally, on Thursday, April 30, Auto Hall will conclude the week’s assemblies at 11 AM. Their financial statements indicate a net profit of 104.43 million dirhams as of December 31, 2025. A dividend proposal of 2 dirhams per share, amounting to 100.58 million dirhams, is on the agenda, with payments scheduled to commence on May 26, 2026.
