Virgin Limited Edition has unveiled exciting plans to establish a lavish 37-suite hotel on a sprawling 10-hectare private agricultural estate in proximity to Marrakech, Morocco. Scheduled to open its doors in 2027, this exceptional project is being developed in collaboration with Sazanes Immobilier, a prestigious luxury real estate developer based in Marrakech. This new hotel will mark the brand's second property in Morocco, complementing the existing Kasbah Tamadot, which is nestled in the picturesque foothills of the Atlas Mountains, just an hour's drive away. Construction is already in progress, and prospective guests can anticipate the opening of bookings in September 2026, with the first 22 suites expected to become available in the first quarter of 2027, followed by an additional 15 suites in early 2028.
Strategically located only a 25-minute drive from the vibrant heart of Marrakech, the estate will also encompass a 40-hectare organic farm dedicated to supplying its three on-site restaurants, a Chef's Table, and an exclusive speakeasy bar with fresh, seasonal produce.
