BIM Manager Position in Rabat
The BIM Manager plays a pivotal role in driving and managing BIM projects throughout their various phases. This individual will support teams in adopting BIM methodologies and tools while ensuring the quality of deliverables. Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing projects during the design and execution phases using Revit, managing BIM processes, coordinating with BIM coordinators and modelers, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and regulations, and conducting project reviews to identify risks. Additionally, the BIM Manager is responsible for leading project meetings, managing collaborative platforms, and providing training and technical support to colleagues.
Candidates for this position should possess an engineering or architecture degree, have a minimum of five years of experience in construction and BIM projects, demonstrate proficiency in Autodesk software such as Revit and Navisworks, and be familiar with OpenBIM environments. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and an understanding of construction regulations and technical standards are also essential.
Experienced Structural Study Officer in Rabat
The Experienced Structural Study Officer will operate under the Structure Department, handling study files at all stages of complex operations, including high-rise buildings and rehabilitation projects. This role involves performing structural studies in accordance with Eurocodes, analyzing the integrity and durability of structures, and producing technical notes and descriptions. Candidates should hold an engineering degree or a Master’s degree, have prior experience in a study office applying European standards, and possess strong skills in various engineering software.
For the BIM Designer role, the successful candidate will create detailed digital models and plans in 2D and 3D for various projects involving reinforced concrete and metal structures. Proficiency in software such as Revit and AutoCAD, along with at least three years of relevant experience, is required.
Finally, the Administrative Assistant in Dakhla will provide essential administrative and organizational support for the agency, managing daily tasks, documentation, and communications with stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification along with relevant administrative experience is necessary for this position.
