Technical Profiles in Digital Workplace & IT Service Management
The recruitment process encompasses several technical domains with varying experience requirements: Junior profiles require between 0 to 2 years of experience, Confirmed profiles necessitate 3 to 5 years, and Senior profiles (L3) require at least 5 to 6 years depending on the specific area of expertise.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work in environments such as EUC and device management with tools like Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and VDI. For those specializing in Microsoft 365 and Identity, responsibilities will include managing Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, and Active Directory. Furthermore, individuals focused on Windows Infrastructure, Active Directory, and SQL Server will engage in managing Windows Server environments, overseeing domain controllers, and ensuring the operational integrity of SQL Server databases.
For ServiceNow ITSM specialists, key responsibilities will include administering and evolving the ServiceNow platform, configuring essential modules, and enhancing workflows and data quality.
