Agenz Secures $5 Million Funding to Revolutionize Morocco's Real Estate Sector

Agenz's Milestone Funding Round

On June 11, 2025, in Casablanca, Morocco, Agenz, a pioneering proptech firm focused on digitalizing real estate data and transactions, proudly announced the successful completion of a $5 million funding round. This investment has been spearheaded by notable venture firms Breega, Attijariwafa Ventures, and Saviu Ventures, marking a significant step forward in Agenz’s quest to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accessibility within the Moroccan real estate market.

Founded in 2021 by brothers Malik and Badr Belkeziz, Agenz has crafted a comprehensive platform designed to streamline the entire real estate process. By integrating valuation tools, market analytics, specialized solutions for industry professionals, and digital transaction services, the company is fundamentally transforming the way real estate transactions are conducted in Morocco.

Rapid Growth and Strategic Vision

The timing of this funding is particularly auspicious, as Agenz has been witnessing remarkable growth. Since the launch of its transaction platform in 2023, the company has enjoyed a surge in user engagement, with its website, Agenz.ma, surpassing an impressive 730,000 monthly visits by May 2026. This rapid adoption underscores Agenz's position as a frontrunner among Morocco’s real estate platforms.

The increase in transaction volumes processed through the Agenz platform further illustrates the effectiveness of its business model and the significant value it offers to both consumers and real estate professionals. Co-founder and CEO Malik Belkeziz expressed his vision by stating, "We believe the future of real estate will be built on the responsible use of data and artificial intelligence. Our ambition is to leverage technology to create a more transparent, secure and accessible market while keeping user trust at the center of everything we do. This funding will allow us to accelerate this vision for the benefit of the entire Moroccan real estate ecosystem."

Driss Ibenmansour, a Partner at Breega, emphasized the transformative impact of Agenz's platform, stating, "Agenz has built, in just a few years, the platform the Moroccan real estate sector was missing, bringing together data, tools, and transactions into one seamless experience. We believe this funding will help accelerate an already ongoing transformation of the market." With this new capital injection, Agenz plans to enhance product development, deepen its investments in artificial intelligence, and broaden its service offerings for a diverse community that includes individuals, real estate agents, developers, investors, and financial institutions.
