Amiblu’s New Production Line in Morocco

At the Nouaceur site in Morocco, Amiblu, based in Klagenfurt, Austria, has successfully inaugurated a third production line dedicated to the manufacturing of fiberglass (GFK) pipes specifically designed for water and industrial applications. This significant expansion is set to enhance the annual production capacity of the facility to an impressive 660 kilometers of pipes with a nominal diameter of 80 centimeters. The total investment for this project amounts to €15.2 million, which also encompasses the construction of new buildings, the establishment of testing facilities, an expansion of fitting production, and upgrades to the logistics sector.

Strategic Importance of the Moroccan Market

According to Amiblu, Morocco has emerged as a critical market for strategic investments in water infrastructure. The country is particularly focusing on sectors such as drinking water supply, seawater desalination, irrigation, and various industrial applications. The establishment of the new production line illustrates Amiblu's commitment to supporting Morocco's growth in these essential areas, thereby contributing to the nation’s infrastructure development and sustainability goals.
