On April 10, 2026, Anfa Realties officially launched its inaugural project, "Les Villas d’Anfa Marrakech," during a press conference held at a model villa in Marrakech. With a solid foundation established in Casablanca through various successful developments, including Les Villas d’Anfa (phases 1 to 5), Aeria Mall, Aeria Park, Mercato d’Anfa, Beachfront Villas, and Anfa Heaven, the company is now expanding its footprint beyond its home market.
Amine Bennani, the marketing and communications director, emphasized the significance of this milestone, stating, "Today, we are crossing a decisive threshold. For the first time in our history, Anfa Realties is extending our operations from Casablanca to Marrakech." This strategic move is not merely a reactionary choice but a calculated decision aimed at exporting the brand’s development model, expertise, and values to a new market.
The project, which began development in early 2025, spans an impressive 14.5 hectares within a secure and gated community, strategically located near Boulevard Mohammed VI. This prime location was selected for its accessibility and integration into a well-structured residential environment. Bennani highlighted that Marrakech is evolving from being merely a tourist destination to a genuine residential hub, supported by both national and international demand.
"Les Villas d’Anfa Marrakech" will feature a total of 80 villas, both semi-detached and standalone, with plots ranging from 505 to 1,008 square meters. Each villa will boast an average built area of 410 square meters, complemented by a selection of land parcels varying between 500 and 876 square meters. The development is designed around a residential framework that includes living areas, private gardens, and various amenities. Bennani articulated that they are offering more than just a residential program; they are creating a thoughtfully designed ecosystem for living.
The villas will be organized in a functional layout that includes open reception areas leading to private gardens and swimming pools, a kitchen with a staff room, and four suites on the upper floor. Moreover, the project will feature spacious terraces and a 169 square meter solarium with breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. The target demographic for this project is diverse, appealing to local buyers, Moroccans living abroad, and foreign investors. Bennani noted that the villa format is currently the most sought-after product in the real estate market.
