In a significant milestone for Anfa Realties, the company has officially launched its inaugural project in Marrakech, titled 'Les Villas d'Anfa Marrakech'. This new venture follows the successful completion of five phases of 'Les Villas d'Anfa' in Dar Bouazza, Casablanca, which established the brand's reputation in the high-end residential market. The unveiling took place on April 10, 2026, during a press conference held at the model villa of the project, highlighting the company’s commitment to quality and architectural excellence.

'Les Villas d'Anfa Marrakech' is set to cater to a diverse clientele, including both local buyers seeking a permanent residence in Morocco that meets international standards, as well as investors attracted by Marrakech’s lucrative rental market. The project, initiated in early 2025, spans a secure and gated area of 14.5 hectares, strategically located near Boulevard Mohammed VI, blending accessibility with a serene living environment.
The development will feature 80 villas, available as either duplex or standalone options, situated on plots ranging from 505 to 1,008 square meters, with each villa offering a built-up area of 410 square meters. Additionally, there will be plots available for purchase, measuring between 500 and 876 square meters.
