Job Roles and Responsibilities

The Senior and Junior Sales Advisor roles require candidates to possess a keen sense of service and a genuine passion for premium retail. Key responsibilities include presenting the Bacha Coffee universe and its coffee concepts to customers, assisting them in product selection with tailored advice, representing the brand professionally, maintaining store cleanliness and proper product display, managing the cash register and daily sales tracking, contributing to performance analysis, and conducting inventory checks to ensure smooth supply operations.

Ideal candidates for the Sales Advisor roles should have prior experience in luxury sales, present a polished image with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate empathy and ease in customer interactions, and preferably possess experience in high-traffic environments such as airports. Proficiency in French and English is also essential.

For the Store Manager position, candidates must be capable of overseeing the overall store operations, leading the team, and ensuring sales performance. Responsibilities include managing and developing the boutique team, ensuring customer experiences meet brand standards, adhering to operational procedures, monitoring daily sales and performance metrics, managing stock, reporting, scheduling, and maintaining administrative oversight to ensure smooth store operations.

Strong leadership abilities, confirmed retail management experience, familiarity with luxury or premium sectors, and comfort with numerical data and reporting are crucial for the Store Manager role. Experience in fast-paced settings is advantageous, along with a proficient command of English.
