The Siec, a prominent commercial real estate exhibition held in Paris on June 10 and 11, highlighted the ongoing transformation within the commercial property sector. This annual event served as a platform for the Federation of Commerce Actors in Territories (FACT) to present its prestigious Commercial Actors Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions to the industry.
Among the notable winners was Bobigny Coeur de Ville, a multifaceted project led by Altarea, which garnered acclaim for its innovative approach. This expansive development features 13,000 square meters dedicated to commercial spaces, accommodating around thirty businesses, thereby reinvigorating the local economy and enhancing urban life.
Additionally, the renovation award was bestowed upon La Coupole in Nîmes, a shopping center managed by Ceïba. This center has unveiled 13,500 square meters of retail space, comprising 34 shops, showcasing the revitalization efforts in the region. The Shop Park Phare de l'Europe in Brest, owned by Mercialys, received a special recognition for similar expansion efforts, which increased its total area to over 36,500 square meters, hosting nearly 77 boutiques.

A special mention in this category was awarded to the Cageot Project in Faches-Thumesnil, led by the property company Ceetrus, further emphasizing the importance of sustainable practices in commercial development.
In alignment with the Action Cœur de Ville program, which aims to boost commercial activity in designated city centers, three awards were granted for building renovations. The project in Autun (Saône-et-Loire), managed by the commercial property company FCA, was recognized for revitalizing multiple shops and buildings on a pedestrian street. Cognac in Charente also received a special award for developing the Villa Briand commercial block. Furthermore, Mantes-la-Jolie in Yvelines was recognized for restructuring its "Places du Cœur".
