Should there be a failure to adhere to the guidelines, a follow-up notice will be sent, allowing an additional fifteen days for compliance. Furthermore, property owners will be obligated to refresh their façades every five years, with provisions for earlier interventions if a building's condition deteriorates or deviates from established standards.

These new rules extend to vacant landowners, who will be required to fence their properties and ensure the upkeep of surrounding walls. Notably, any installations or items displayed on façades, such as air conditioners or antennas, will be strictly prohibited if visible from public spaces. Windows and balconies are also expected to remain clear, promoting both safety and visual harmony throughout the city. Municipal agents will be tasked with monitoring compliance and documenting violations, enabling the local government to undertake necessary repairs if property owners neglect their responsibilities, with the associated costs recovered through public debt collection methods.
