Rabat's Dental School Marks a Significant Milestone
On September 29, 2026, the Faculty of Dental Medicine in Rabat, affiliated with Mohammed V University, proudly celebrated the graduation of its 40th cohort of students. The ceremony took place at the university's campus in Al Irfane, with a notable presence of esteemed faculty members, officials from the Ministry of Higher Education, and a large gathering of students and their families who came to honor the achievements of this new generation of healthcare professionals.

This year, the faculty proudly conferred degrees to 157 graduates, including 97 in dental medicine (both doctoral and specialty degrees), 20 in the Master's program in Business Management, 25 in Dental Assistant programs, and 15 in Dental Prosthetics. The diversity of expertise and the inclusion of international students reflect the faculty's appeal and its academic influence beyond national borders. The top graduates of the class were also celebrated during this auspicious occasion.
In his address, Professor Mohammed Rhachi, the president of Mohammed V University, praised the high standards of training provided by the dental faculty, urging for efforts to ensure equitable access to healthcare services. He recognized the social protections established in line with royal directives and emphasized the ongoing reforms in higher education that prioritize health sector training. Professor Nawal Bouyahyaoui, the dean of the faculty, echoed these sentiments, underscoring the institution's vital role in cultivating the skilled professionals necessary for Morocco's advancement among developed nations.
