Central African Republic Reaffirms Commitment to Morocco's Autonomy Plan
In a recent statement to the press following discussions with Mr. Nasser Bourita, Morocco's Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad, the Central African Republic's chief diplomat reiterated her country's unwavering support for the autonomy plan proposed by Morocco. This plan is highlighted as the only credible and realistic solution to the ongoing regional dispute. The diplomat also celebrated the historic adoption of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2797, which enshrines Morocco's autonomy plan, initially presented in 2007, under Moroccan sovereignty as the sole foundation for a fair, lasting, and mutually acceptable resolution to this conflict.
