In just a two-week span, six accidents occurred at this very location, highlighting the urgent need for improvements. Nizar Baraka, the Minister of Equipment, Transport, Logistics, and Water, addressed these concerns during a parliamentary session, asserting that the highway was built to international specifications. However, many local residents and professionals dispute this claim, arguing that the ongoing issues with safety and maintenance suggest otherwise.
