Illegal Repatriation Allegations in Ceuta
Recent reports from 'elDiario.es' have shed light on a troubling situation involving the illegal expulsion of several unaccompanied minor migrants from Ceuta back to Morocco, without following the legal protocols established by the Immigration Law and the Child Protection Law. According to the information, these minors were apprehended during military raids and subsequently handed over to Moroccan authorities by the Civil Guard, all while bypassing necessary legal procedures. In total, three unaccompanied minors were forcibly returned to Morocco, and their accounts indicate that they were detained during military operations aimed at monitoring the Ceuta border. Despite having arrived in Spain a month prior, he was treated as if he had just crossed the border illegally.
