Candidates are required to possess a Master’s degree in business or finance, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant managerial experience and fluency in French.

For customer service roles, responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing routine banking operations, and ensuring the adherence to operational procedures. Candidates for these positions should have at least a bachelor's degree and up to two years of experience, making them suitable for recent graduates. The bank emphasizes the importance of customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
