Culinary Excellence: Le Cordon Bleu Paris Hosts Chefs at Waldorf Astoria Rabat-Salé

The event in Rabat-Salé will also showcase the institution's educational model along with several of its programs in culinary arts, pastry, management, and hospitality. Highlighted courses will include the Professional Culinary and Pastry Diplomas, the prestigious Grand Diplôme® with Professional Pathway, and the Bachelor of Science in Culinary Design Management, which has been developed in collaboration with the University of Paris Dauphine-PSL. Three distinguished chefs from the institute will be attending: Éric Briffard, the 1994 Meilleur Ouvrier de France and Director of Culinary Arts at Cordon Bleu Paris; Yann Morel, Chef de Cuisine; and Emanuele Martelli, Chef Instructor in Pastry. They will be joined by Lahcen Hafid, the Chef of Brasserie Magnolia at the Waldorf Astoria Rabat-Salé.
Beyond the interactions with the media, the program will feature a culinary demonstration led by the chefs from Cordon Bleu Paris, followed by a cocktail reception.
