This operation took place late on Wednesday night in the "Mellah" neighborhood of the city, following the police's receipt of credible intelligence regarding the suspects’ illegal activities. Acting swiftly, the police set up a well-planned sting operation that led to the arrest of the two individuals while they were caught in the act of possessing a substantial quantity of narcotics—specifically, 270 grams of drugs.
