Available Positions and Requirements

Among the opportunities available is the role of Recruitment Officer based in Eaton Souriau, Tangier, where the team comprises over 750 employees dedicated to producing connectors for the aerospace, industrial, automotive, and medical sectors. Candidates are expected to assist managers with recruitment needs, coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Center, organize interviews, and oversee the integration of new hires. A degree in Management or Human Resources along with prior recruitment experience is preferred.

In Casablanca, Eaton is also looking for a Technical Support Engineer who is fluent in French. This role involves providing technical assistance to clients and partners regarding Eaton's electrical products, addressing inquiries through various communication channels, and collaborating with higher-level technical teams during incident resolution. A degree in engineering with proficiency in both French and English is required.

Another opportunity in Casablanca is for a Continuous Improvement Specialist, responsible for leading the site’s continuous improvement strategies, implementing Lean methodologies, and contributing to Industry 4.0 initiatives. Candidates should hold a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a Six Sigma certification being advantageous.

In the EMEA region, Eaton is hiring a Sales Incentive Manager to manage commercial incentive plans and analyze the effectiveness of variable compensation schemes. Applicants should have at least a Bachelor’s degree and experience in sales incentive management, along with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Additionally, Eaton is seeking a Study Office & Industrialization Engineer in Tangier to participate in product development and industrialization phases. A background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role is required, alongside professional English skills.

The last position available is for an NPI Strategic Buyer in Casablanca, who will handle sourcing activities related to new products and manage supplier negotiations. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 8 to 10 years of professional experience, particularly in electrical and electronic component procurement.
