Essential Qualifications and Responsibilities
Additional tasks will involve recording material entries and updating stock tracking documents or tools, organizing the arrangement of products according to their nature, usage, and required storage conditions, and preparing material outputs based on requests from operational teams. Furthermore, it will be essential to ensure the traceability of distributed equipment and maintain the associated documentation for various movements. Monitoring stock levels to identify replenishment needs and potential stock-out risks, as well as participating in periodic inventories and comparing physical quantities with recorded data, are also significant aspects of this role. Maintaining a clean, organized, and accessible warehouse is crucial to facilitate reception and distribution operations while adhering to safety regulations applicable to storage, handling, and material circulation. Collaboration with project leaders, technical teams, and relevant services to ensure the availability of necessary resources is expected.
The ideal candidates should meet the following criteria: they must have prior experience in warehouse or depot management, with experience in the construction, energy, industry, or technical installations sectors considered an advantage. Proficiency in receiving, storing, preparing, and dispatching equipment, along with the ability to maintain tracking documents and accurately control stock movements, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate diligence in monitoring quantities, references, and supporting documents, possess strong organizational skills, and be capable of managing multiple requests while respecting priorities. Autonomy in executing assigned tasks, coupled with regular communication with relevant teams, is vital.
