The gathering concluded with a commitment to strengthen communication among the various components of the party in the Fes-Meknes region, alongside enhancing its organizational and field presence.
Strengthening Communication and Political Engagement
The meeting commenced with remarks from Mr. Mohamed Ashbihi Hassani, the regional coordinator of the Social Center Party for Fes-Meknes, who emphasized that this gathering was not merely a platform for exchanging words but a crucial opportunity to fortify communication bridges among the party's different structures. He highlighted the importance of listening to the concerns of party members and enhancing coordination and collective action, especially with upcoming political and electoral challenges necessitating heightened seriousness, responsibility, and preparedness.
Mr. Hassani pointed out that the Fes-Meknes region, rich in political, youthful, and female competencies, requires organized party efforts that are close to citizens and responsive to their issues and expectations. The regional coordination firmly believes that the party's strength is not solely measured by its membership numbers, but rather by its ability to engage with citizens actively, advocate for their rights, and provide realistic alternatives and solutions. He stressed that both youth and women are fundamental in political life and in building a better future, asserting that their participation should be genuine and impactful in decision-making processes rather than merely symbolic.
In closing, he reiterated his and the party members' commitment to diligently work towards enhancing the party's performance and strengthening its presence in the Fes-Meknes region, fostering a unified team spirit to serve the principles and orientations of the Social Center Party. He underscored the significant support represented by the presence of the party's Secretary-General and his accompanying delegation, which reflects the national leadership's dedication to direct communication with various structures and activists in preparation for the upcoming phase.
