Karim Glaibi, a member of the Casablanca municipal council representing the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM), has emphasized the symbolic significance of this initiative, referring to it as an "ethical charter" designed to uphold the dignity of citizens during their most challenging times. He envisions this new framework as a means to bring an end to the era of "crisis brokers," intermediaries who have thrived amidst the distress of grieving families.
