Strategic Partnership to Support Education
In March 2026, the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Social Works of National Security Employees signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Euro-Mediterranean University in Fes, aimed at enhancing collaboration in higher education and facilitating access for the children of national security personnel to specialized university training. This agreement outlines various benefits for the children of police officers, both active and retired, as well as orphans from the security family. These benefits include tuition discounts starting from 10% across various disciplines offered by the university. Notably, the agreement also provides full and free scholarships for orphans based on criteria primarily related to academic excellence.
This partnership not only focuses on academic aspects but also opens broader avenues for joint collaboration. The university's infrastructure and facilities will be made available to the General Directorate of National Security for the implementation of continuous training and specialization programs. Moreover, effective mechanisms for exchanging expertise and experiences in shared scientific fields will be established.
This initiative reinforces a series of institutional partnerships that the Mohammed VI Foundation is forging with the private higher education sector, aiming to diversify educational offerings and provide appropriate support mechanisms for its members. This step is part of a comprehensive strategic vision that seeks to offer a complete range of social services, ensuring a stable and integrated work environment that enables police officers to perform their noble duties of safeguarding the nation and ensuring the safety of its property effectively.
