Beaver Fest 2026: A Weekend of Fun and Community Spirit
The vibrant town of Morocco is set to host the highly anticipated Beaver Fest from May 22 to 25, 2026, promising an exhilarating lineup of activities and events that cater to all ages. Kicking off the weekend, residents and visitors can explore town-wide garage sales, which will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 22 and continue throughout the festival. This community-driven event not only offers great deals but also fosters a sense of togetherness among participants.
On May 23, the festivities continue with a breakfast fundraiser organized by the Morocco Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) from 8 to 11 a.m. near the town hall, providing a delicious start to the day for all attendees. Following breakfast, vendors will set up shop starting at 10 a.m., offering unique products and delectable food options. The highlight of the day will be the parade, which will commence at noon, with participants gathering at the Morocco Pool and stepping off at 12:30 p.m.
Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy a beer garden in Kessler Park, open from noon until midnight, along with a bags tournament registration starting at noon and kicking off at 1 p.m. South Check Mobile Entertainment will provide live entertainment from noon to midnight, and the band led by Lindsay Lowe will make a special appearance, ensuring that the musical atmosphere is lively and engaging. Kids will also be entertained with face painting and balloon activities from noon to 6 p.m.
The fun continues with various activities including a golf cart golf event starting at 2 p.m., a car show with judging and a raffle from 2 to 5 p.m., and inflatable bounce houses along with kids' games hosted by the Morocco Knights of Pythias Lodge from 2 to 6 p.m. Additionally, a duck race will take place at 3 p.m., promising excitement for participants of all ages. The alumni dinner is scheduled for the evening from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Morocco Community Center, where doors will open at 5 p.m.
The following day, May 24, will feature a 5K/10K run, with registration beginning at 7:15 a.m. at the Beaver Township Community Center, and the race starting at 8 a.m. A pancake breakfast hosted by Morocco Projects will be available from 8 to 10 a.m. at the community center, followed by a community church service at 10:30 a.m. at Recher Park, culminating in a picnic for attendees.
The evening will showcase a pork chop dinner by the Morocco United Methodist Church from 5 to 7 p.m., with concessions opening at 6 p.m. near Sam Rice Park, and a spectacular fireworks display scheduled for dusk, lighting up the night sky. The festivities will conclude on May 25 with the American Legion Post 146 Memorial Service at Recher Park at 11 a.m., closing out a weekend filled with community spirit, joy, and celebration.
