Circet Morocco is actively recruiting for various operational positions in fiber optics throughout Marrakech, Safi, El Kelaa des Sraghna, Al Haouz, and the surrounding regions. The available roles include Team Leaders or FTTH Site Managers, Fiber Optic Orienters, and Fiber Optic Technicians. As a subsidiary of the international group Circet, Circet Morocco specializes in the deployment, connection, and maintenance of telecommunications and IT infrastructures. The company plays a vital role in executing technical projects related to high-speed networks and, from its Digital Factory located in Casablanca, develops solutions aimed at supporting field operations and enhancing the performance of its production tools.
To strengthen its operational teams, Circet Morocco is seeking experienced profiles in fiber optics and FTTH to work in the aforementioned areas.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The Team Leaders and FTTH Site Managers will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the interventions of teams engaged in FTTH projects. This includes preparing, planning, and monitoring fiber optic deployment sites while ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards. Additionally, they will supervise technicians, distribute tasks based on operational priorities, and ensure technical conformity during field interventions. The ideal candidates must have confirmed experience in FTTH work or managing technical teams, possess a strong understanding of deployment, connection, and maintenance steps of fiber optic networks, and demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a sense of responsibility. A valid driving license and mobility within the intervention areas are essential.
For the Fiber Optic Orienters, the role involves guiding and assisting technical teams during connection operations, identifying routes, connection points, and necessary infrastructures for interventions, and participating in the preparation of fiber optic deployment operations. Candidates should have experience in fiber optics or FTTH networks, be familiar with client connection processes, and possess strong organizational skills. Regular travel is a requirement, and residing in the Marrakech region is considered an advantage.
Lastly, the Fiber Optic Technicians will carry out client connections to the FTTH network, participate in the deployment of fiber optic infrastructures, and perform tasks related to installation, connection, and service activation. They will also address issues such as faults, anomalies, and connection defects, ensuring repairs are conducted swiftly to restore services. Candidates should have proven experience in fiber optics or FTTH, be capable of independent work, and adhere to quality and safety standards. A valid driving license is mandatory, and availability for interventions in the specified regions is essential.
