The Moroccan Foundation for the Promotion of Preschool Education, known as FMPS, is a recognized non-profit organization established in December 2009. Founded on March 10, 2008, through the initiative of the Higher Council of Education, FMPS collaborates closely with the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of the Interior, and the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Promotion of Social Works in Education and Training. Currently, the FMPS is seeking to enhance its workforce in Rabat by recruiting two experienced human resources profiles.
Available Positions: Compensation and Payroll Division Chief and HR Development Manager
The first role open for application is that of the Chief of the Compensation and Payroll Division, offered as a permanent contract in Rabat. The ideal candidate for this position should possess substantial experience in payroll and compensation functions. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll management activities, ensuring data accuracy, monitoring administrative processes related to employee compensation, and contributing to the structuring and enhancement of payroll practices. The candidate must also coordinate operations with various stakeholders involved in payroll processes, participate in the production and monitoring of compensation indicators, and maintain the confidentiality of individual and salary data. Candidates should hold a Master's degree or higher, have between ten to fifteen years of professional experience, and demonstrate a proven track record in compensation, payroll, or HR administration.
The second role is for the HR Development Manager, who will focus on activities related to skills development, employee support, and the evolution of human resource management practices. While specific details regarding the contract type for this position are not disclosed, the responsibilities include implementing HR development actions, identifying skill needs, supporting training and professional development projects, and ensuring coherence of actions with the Foundation's orientations. Candidates for this role should also hold a Master's degree or higher, possess five to eight years of professional experience in HR development, and exhibit strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
