The first position is for a Community Manager Intern – Content Creator, where responsibilities include creating and adapting content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and captions. The intern will also engage and moderate online communities by managing comments and direct messages, propose creative ideas and concepts that resonate with the brand's universe, and design digital activations, contests, and influencer campaigns. Additionally, tracking the performance of posts and contributing to reporting will be essential for strengthening the brand’s visibility and engagement across various social media channels.
To qualify for this role, candidates should hold a Bac+4 or Bac+5 in marketing, communication, or a related field. A strong comfort level with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn is crucial. Creativity, curiosity, and strong writing skills are expected, along with proficiency in design tools like Canva, CapCut, or InShot. A genuine interest in content creation, digital trends, and community management is also necessary, and the position is based in Marrakech.
The second role available is for a Brand Trainer focused on Products & Sales Art. This position involves developing and designing educational tools tailored to field needs, deploying training modules for advisors in the relevant area, and training store teams on product knowledge and sales techniques. The trainer will prepare educational materials and ensure the logistical organization of training sessions while coaching and empowering field teams. Contributing to continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction is a vital part of this role, as is participating in disseminating brand standards, product information, and sales advice.
Successful candidates for the Brand Trainer position should possess excellent public speaking skills and be comfortable facilitating group training. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential, along with strong coaching abilities and a knack for teaching. Mobility and availability for regular travel are prerequisites, and experience in training, retail, or the beauty industry is a significant advantage. This position is based in either Casablanca or Rabat, with mobility required.
