CTM Seeks Talented Professionals in Casablanca

The Compagnie de Transports au Maroc (CTM) is actively recruiting for two key positions in Casablanca: an ERP & GMAO Solution Manager and a Product Owner. These roles are designed for experienced professionals eager to engage in transformative projects focused on information systems and business process digitization. CTM is a prominent national transportation company in Morocco, dedicated to enhancing its service quality, operational performance, and safety while continuously evolving its offerings to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

The ERP & GMAO Solution Manager will be responsible for project management and oversight of ERP and GMAO initiatives. Key duties include ensuring project governance, mapping accounting processes, cash flow, inventory management, and maintenance of rolling stock, as well as drafting detailed specifications and managing vendor proposals. The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s degree in information systems or business, with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in ERP project management, functional consulting, or business analysis. Familiarity with financial ERP systems, particularly Sage 1000 or Agresso, and a solid understanding of GMAO solutions are essential. Strong coordination, communication, and change management skills are also required.

On the other hand, the Product Owner will play a vital role in translating business needs into digital products while maintaining a bridge between business and technical teams. Responsibilities include developing and managing the digital product roadmap, creating user stories, prioritizing the backlog based on business value and ROI, and overseeing the design of user interfaces. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in engineering or business with a strong digital focus, along with 3 to 7 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, as well as experience with tools like Jira and Confluence, are crucial. Familiarity with UX/UI challenges and API integration will be advantageous.
