MEDMILK Albane Maroc is actively seeking to fill five technician positions, specifically targeting refrigeration specialists, across three prominent Moroccan cities: Rabat, Casablanca, and Marrakech. This recruitment drive aims to hire three dedicated refrigeration technicians and two truck refrigeration technicians, all on a full-time permanent contract (CDI).

Details of the Open Positions

The available positions are distributed as follows:

  • 1 Refrigeration Technician in Rabat
  • 1 Refrigeration Technician in Casablanca
  • 1 Refrigeration Technician in Marrakech
  • 2 Truck Refrigeration Technicians in Marrakech
The selected refrigeration technicians will be responsible for the maintenance and operational integrity of refrigeration systems and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration installations.
  • Diagnosing technical failures in equipment.
  • Carrying out necessary repairs.
  • Ensuring the proper functioning and performance of refrigeration equipment.
  • Adhering to safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
  • Documenting intervention reports related to maintenance activities.
Candidates are expected to hold a relevant technical qualification in maintenance and refrigeration disciplines.

The ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Possess training in industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, or industrial maintenance.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with refrigeration equipment and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A good team spirit is essential.
  • A valid driving license is preferred, particularly for the Truck Refrigeration Technician roles.
