ARTIS Facilities is currently on the lookout for skilled professionals to fill various technical positions, including Second Works Technicians, HVAC Technicians, High Voltage Technicians, and Commercial Refrigeration Technicians in major cities such as Casablanca, Rabat, Fès, Meknès, Marrakech, and Tangier. These roles are aimed at experienced technicians possessing between five to ten years of expertise in their respective fields. Established in 2009, ARTIS is a prominent Moroccan company specializing in facility management, technical maintenance, cleaning, and general services, employing around 1,200 dedicated staff members. Since 2023, ARTIS has been part of the OCS (Overseas Catering & Services) group, which also operates in Morocco through Ansamble, with the strategic goal of positioning ARTIS as a benchmark in facility management.

Available Positions and Qualifications

The following positions are currently available, each with specific responsibilities and qualifications:

  • Second Works Technician – Minor Maintenance (H/F) – The primary duties include installing, adjusting, and finishing interior and exterior carpentry elements, repairing damages, and ensuring preventive maintenance of wooden structures and derivatives. Candidates should possess a technical background in carpentry or equivalent, along with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • HVAC Technician (H/F) – Responsibilities involve performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC installations, diagnosing failures, and optimizing energy performance. A Bac+2 in climate engineering or commercial refrigeration, with a similar level of experience, is required.
  • High Voltage Technician (H/F) – This role includes maintaining high voltage equipment, troubleshooting faults, and modifying low voltage installations. Candidates must have a Bac+2 in industrial electricity or equivalent, along with the necessary electrical authorizations and 5 to 10 years of experience.
  • Commercial Refrigeration Technician (H/F) – Duties include maintaining commercial refrigeration equipment and diagnosing faults. Candidates should hold a Bac+2 in climate engineering or commercial refrigeration and have a solid background in refrigeration maintenance and installation.
