Colorado, a renowned Moroccan company established in 1962, is actively seeking to fill six key positions in its Casablanca office. This company specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of decorative and industrial paints and operates across several regions, including Rabat, Fès, Oujda, Marrakech, and Agadir. As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen various departments, Colorado is looking for candidates with a range of experience, from entry-level to seasoned professionals, for roles in human resources, quality, safety, environmental management, information security, administration, importation, procurement, and planning. All positions are offered on a permanent contract (CDI) basis.

Available Positions and Responsibilities

The following positions are currently open:

  • Human Resources Coordinator – Casablanca, Aïn Sebaâ: Reporting to the HR Department, the HR Coordinator will manage recruitment, training, and HR administration. Responsibilities include drafting and posting job offers, screening CVs, conducting pre-qualification interviews, organizing training activities, and ensuring compliance with Colorado's training procedures. Candidates should hold a degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) and have 2 to 5 years of experience in HR administration and development.
  • QSE and Information Security Manager – Casablanca: This role, which reports to the delegated General Management, involves overseeing Colorado's Integrated Management System (IMS). Key duties include managing the IMS, ensuring regulatory compliance in quality, safety, and environmental standards, coordinating internal and external audits, and participating in the implementation and continuous improvement of the IMS. Applicants should possess a Bac+5 degree and have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Administrative Agent – Dar Bouazza: Reporting to the Industrial Department, the Administrative Agent will handle administrative tasks related to orders and invoicing. Responsibilities include managing invoicing operations, entering order data into the system, and ensuring administrative efficiency. A Bac+2 degree is required, and this position is open to entry-level candidates with less than 2 years of experience.
  • Import Manager – Casablanca: This position, which falls under the administrative and financial department, involves overseeing all import operations. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with customs regulations, coordinating transport operations, and managing import procedures. Candidates should have a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree and over 10 years of experience, with a strong understanding of import dossiers, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
  • Procurement Manager – Casablanca: Reporting to the Industrial Pole Department, the Procurement Manager will ensure the availability of raw materials, products, and supplies. The role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, optimizing stock levels, and contributing to cost reduction initiatives. A Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree and 2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing and stock management are required.
  • Planning Manager – Casablanca: This role, reporting to the Industrial and Technical Deputy General Manager, focuses on production planning and stock monitoring. Responsibilities include ensuring timely production planning, analyzing performance indicators, and coordinating with procurement specialists. Candidates should have a Bac+5 degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, alongside skills in industrial engineering and production planning.
