Excel Management Conseil Maroc (EXMC) is currently seeking to fill four expert IT positions in Casablanca and Rabat: a Senior Oracle DBA, a Data Integration and Replication Engineer, a Data Integration and Replication Expert, and a DevSecOps Azure Specialist. These roles are integral to new transformation and modernization projects for information systems, signifying a substantial investment in technological advancement and innovation.

Available Positions and Responsibilities
The Senior Oracle DBA position is based in Casablanca and involves on-site responsibilities at the client's location. The primary duties include administering and operating Oracle databases in critical environments, ensuring their availability, performance, and security. Additionally, the role entails implementing and monitoring backup and recovery plans, executing version upgrades, migrations, and applying patches, as well as analyzing and resolving incidents and performance issues. Candidates should have strong expertise in Oracle administration, significant experience in complex and critical IT environments, and be adept at performance optimization and high availability mechanisms.
The Data Integration and Replication Engineer position, also located in Casablanca, focuses on designing and implementing data integration flows between applications. This role requires setting up and overseeing data replication solutions, ensuring the quality, consistency, and availability of replicated data, as well as addressing anomalies and optimizing integration processes. Candidates should possess expertise in data integration and replication, with significant experience in complex IT environments. Familiarity with Oracle databases is an added advantage, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Similarly, the Data Integration and Replication Expert role in Casablanca involves defining the architecture for data integration and replication solutions, leading the implementation of data flows as part of information system modernization projects, and providing high-level support to technical teams. Applicants should have a solid background in data integration and replication, significant experience in critical IT environments, and a thorough understanding of Oracle environments and data integration tools.
Finally, the DevSecOps Azure Specialist position is based in Rabat and operates in a hybrid mode. This role includes designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on Azure, integrating security at every stage of the development and deployment lifecycle, and automating cloud infrastructure deployment and management. It also involves monitoring environments and addressing identified vulnerabilities while supporting development teams in adopting DevSecOps practices. Candidates must have expertise in DevSecOps and Azure environments, mastery of CI/CD tools, automation, and cloud security principles, along with substantial experience in complex IT environments.
