Available Positions and Qualifications
In Meknès, Lear is currently seeking to fill the following positions:
- Manufacturing Quality Engineer: This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, managing quality complaints effectively, and deploying quality indicators within the manufacturing area. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in quality, industry, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in the wiring industry and proficiency in 8D methodology.
- Accounting Assistant: The Accounting Assistant will support general accounting processes, reconciliations, and tax submissions, maintaining compliance with company standards. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or management, with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial principles.
- Financial Analyst: This position aims to assist the factory in achieving financial goals, monitoring performance indicators, and enhancing internal controls. Candidates need a Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or management, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
In Kénitra, a Senior Inventory Controller is required to oversee stock management, ensuring inventory accuracy and supervising a dedicated team. Applicants should have at least three years of experience in the automotive sector and possess excellent Excel and VBA skills.
In Tanger, a Quality Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing quality management within the site, collaborating with internal teams and client interfaces. This position requires a Master’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in quality within the automotive industry, along with a strong grasp of IATF 16949 standards.
