The Regional Agricultural Investment Office of Al Haouz has announced an upcoming examination set for June 28, 2026, in Marrakech. This examination aims to recruit three (03) second-degree administrators, classified at scale 11, across various specialties. These specialties include Financial Management and Accounting, Business Finance and Taxation, Financial Management of Enterprises, Financial Engineering, Geomatics, and Territorial Management or Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Territorial Management.
In a commitment to inclusivity, the office will reserve 25% of these positions for candidates who qualify as freedom fighters, beneficiaries of the nation, veterans, or ex-combatants, and an additional 7% for individuals with disabilities, contingent upon available opportunities.
Eligibility Requirements and Application Procedure
This recruitment is open to Moroccan nationals aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 1 of the current year, who possess a Master’s degree or an equivalent higher education diploma issued by national academic institutions in one of the aforementioned specialties.
Applicants must submit the following documents: a handwritten application detailing their full name, address, mobile number, email, and signature; a certified copy of the required diploma; an equivalence certificate issued by the Ministry of Higher Education for foreign diplomas; a certified copy of their national identity card; and, if applicable, a final authorization from their current employer for public sector employees. Additionally, candidates with disabilities must include a copy of their disability card or certificate, while those claiming the status of freedom fighters or veterans must provide relevant documentation.
Applications must be submitted no later than April 8, 2024. Candidates can fill out the application form online at the provided link. If online registration is not possible, they should send a completed printed application form via email to the designated address. Furthermore, a hard copy of the application must be sent in a large envelope labeled "Competition No. 2026/02 - Second-degree Administrator" to the Director of the Regional Agricultural Investment Office of Al Haouz. Applications submitted without the required documents or after the deadline will be deemed invalid.
Lists of candidates accepted to take the written examination and details regarding the examination location will be published on the public service portal and at the office's premises in Marrakech. This notice serves as an invitation for candidates to participate in the written tests. Subsequently, lists for those accepted into the oral examination will be similarly announced and will also act as an invitation for the concerned candidates to attend.
