Planning Officer – Agadir
The Planning Officer will play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating the educational activities at the Agadir campus. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating academic planning activities.
- Developing and managing the academic calendar.
- Monitoring educational schedules in collaboration with the deanship.
- Participating in the organization of academic events.
- Ensuring coherence and optimization in course planning.
This position is suited for organized and detail-oriented individuals capable of managing academic planning tasks. Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bac+3 degree, preferably in technical sciences, logistics, planning, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Call Center Agent – Rabat
The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling incoming calls and guiding university stakeholders. Key duties include:
- Responding to incoming calls.
- Providing information and guidance to callers.
- Processing requests and ensuring follow-up.
- Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Candidates for this position should have excellent communication skills, with a minimum of a Bac+2 degree. Proficiency in French is required; knowledge of English is an asset. Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
