The Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences (UM6SS) is currently seeking qualified candidates for two significant positions: a Planning Officer in Agadir and a Call Center Agent in Rabat. Available Positions

To support its growing academic and administrative activities, UM6SS is inviting applications for the following positions:

Planning Officer – Agadir

The Planning Officer will play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating the educational activities at the Agadir campus. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating academic planning activities.
  • Developing and managing the academic calendar.
  • Monitoring educational schedules in collaboration with the deanship.
  • Participating in the organization of academic events.
  • Ensuring coherence and optimization in course planning.

This position is suited for organized and detail-oriented individuals capable of managing academic planning tasks. Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bac+3 degree, preferably in technical sciences, logistics, planning, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Call Center Agent – Rabat

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling incoming calls and guiding university stakeholders. Key duties include:

  • Responding to incoming calls.
  • Providing information and guidance to callers.
  • Processing requests and ensuring follow-up.
  • Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Candidates for this position should have excellent communication skills, with a minimum of a Bac+2 degree. Proficiency in French is required; knowledge of English is an asset. Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
