Comprehensive Recruitment Drive by SRM
The Société Régionale Multiservices (SRM) in Casablanca-Settat has launched an ambitious recruitment plan for 2026, creating over 1,000 job opportunities across its operational territory. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance the capabilities of the agency, which has emerged from the reform of the water and electricity distribution sector. Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications by March 11, 2026, via a dedicated platform designed to facilitate the recruitment process.
Strengthening Human Resources Across Multiple Provinces
In the wake of a significant recruitment push that began in 2025, SRM Casablanca-Settat aims to bolster its workforce with a diverse range of skills to meet the demands of its operations. The recruitment process is carefully structured to ensure that new hires align with the essential needs of the field teams, while also providing extensive training and professional development over a two to three-year period. With positions available in engineering, operations, maintenance, customer relations, and support services, this recruitment drive reflects the multifaceted nature of SRM's mission to effectively manage complex technical infrastructures and deliver quality service to the public. According to Bouchra Nhaïli, the Director of Human Capital at SRM, the new recruits will play a vital role in supporting both the central and provincial management teams across all nine provinces of the region, which include Casablanca, Mohammedia, El Jadida, Settat, and others.
