Join the Bouregreg Valley Development Agency as a State Engineer
The Bouregreg Valley Development Agency (AAVB) is currently inviting applications for the recruitment of four State Engineer positions in Civil Engineering. This significant opportunity is aimed at Moroccan nationals who possess the required qualifications and a minimum of three years of professional experience. Established in 2005, the AAVB is a public institution dedicated to the development and management of the Bouregreg Valley, strategically located between Rabat and Salé.
In an effort to enhance its workforce, the agency has announced this competitive recruitment drive, which will include a preliminary selection based on submitted documents, followed by an assessment interview for shortlisted candidates. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in executing the agency's technical activities and various projects pertinent to their expertise.
Eligibility Criteria and Application Process
The following qualifications are essential for applicants:
- Possession of a State Engineer diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Graduation from recognized institutions such as the Mohammedia School of Engineers, the Hassania School of Public Works, or any other equivalent training that meets the job requirements.
- A proven professional experience of at least three years.
- Experience in executing infrastructure projects, buildings, artistic works, or related fields.
- Must be a Moroccan national.
- Applicants should be aged between 18 and 45 years at the time of recruitment.
To apply, candidates must submit a complete application dossier, which should include:
- A handwritten application addressed to the Director of the Bouregreg Valley Development Agency, stating the applicant's full name and address.
- An updated CV along with a recent photograph.
- An anthropometric sheet.
- A copy of the baccalaureate certificate.
- A photocopy of the National Identity Card (both sides).
- A copy of the State Engineer diploma specific to the required specialty.
- One or more work certificates validating the claimed professional experience.
All completed applications should be sent to the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department of the agency, located at Avenue Prince Héritier Salé, in a sealed envelope. The deadline for submitting applications is set for September 1, 2026, at 16:30. Applications that are incomplete or submitted after this date will not be considered.
Qualified candidates will be called for an evaluation interview to assess their suitability for the roles available.
