Moroccan Chefs Bring Culinary Magic to Paris

The vibrant culinary festival, Food Temple, is celebrating its tenth edition by dedicating a weekend to the rich flavors and traditions of Moroccan cuisine, taking place at the iconic Carreau du Temple in Paris. This exciting event, which runs until September 20, features a delightful array of workshops, masterclasses, and pop-up dining experiences that promise to transport visitors straight to Morocco without leaving the heart of Paris. From traditional dishes like tagine and pastilla to hands-on cooking classes, attendees are invited to immerse themselves in the culinary arts from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

What sets this festival apart is its emphasis on not just tasting but also learning. Throughout the weekend, free masterclasses will be conducted by renowned chefs and artisans, offering insights into their culinary techniques and recipes. For those eager to roll up their sleeves, pre-registered workshops are available for a nominal fee of 15 euros, allowing participants to engage directly in the cooking process.

A Celebration of Moroccan Culture

In addition to the culinary delights, the event features an enchanting marketplace reminiscent of a Moroccan souk, showcasing a variety of goods from spices and oils to ceramics and decorative items. This small souk serves as a convergence point for artisans and producers, enhancing the cultural experience of the festival.
