After operating for two decades under an international franchise, FAST PRO launched its own franchise in 2018, focusing on fast automotive maintenance. The service offerings encompass essential maintenance activities such as oil changes, brake services, tire replacements, battery checks, and shock absorber maintenance. Available Positions and Responsibilities
As the company gears up for the opening of its new center in Agadir, it is seeking several profiles capable of supporting the startup of operations, ensuring high service quality, and enhancing the commercial and operational performance of the site.
The first position available is that of a Center Manager, with one vacancy. The Center Manager will oversee the overall activity of the auto center, manage the on-ground teams, track revenue, profitability, and performance indicators, ensure customer satisfaction, develop the commercial dynamics of the center, and organize the daily operations from the start. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record of at least five years in auto center management, strong leadership skills, and a keen business sense.
The second position is for an Assistant Center Manager, also with one vacancy. This role involves assisting the Center Manager in the operational management of the site, providing daily support to the workshop, organizing activities, contributing to service quality and retail advising, relaying operational directives to the teams, and enhancing the center's performance. Candidates should possess mechanical expertise in multi-brand services, be versatile on the ground, and have a customer-oriented mindset.
Finally, there are three vacancies for Mechanics/Technicians. These professionals will be responsible for conducting diagnostic and routine maintenance operations, including oil changes, brake services, suspension checks, and tire replacements, as well as performing mechanical interventions like clutch and timing belt replacements. Successful candidates will have experience in automotive mechanics, adhere to FAST PRO’s quality standards, and work collaboratively with the Center Manager and Assistant Center Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
