Fes Police Take Action Against Motorcycle Theft Network
In a significant operation aimed at curbing various forms of crime, the Royal Gendarmerie in the vicinity of Fes successfully raided a car wash establishment owned by an individual named A.R. This operation was the result of meticulous intelligence gathering concerning the establishment and its operator. During the raid, authorities uncovered two motorcycles of unknown origin, leading to the apprehension of A.R., who confessed to acquiring these vehicles from a person identified only as H., a known dealer in stolen motorcycles.
Further investigations revealed the involvement of another individual from the Ben Suda neighborhood, who is also a professional in motorcycle theft. With the objective of dismantling this criminal network, authorities intensified their inquiries and set up another sting operation, which resulted in the arrest of the wanted individual while he was riding a tricycle motorcycle of dubious provenance. Upon his detention, he was found in possession of a large sword.
The suspects are currently held under police custody as investigations continue. Efforts are ongoing to apprehend other members of the gang implicated in these criminal activities, following the successful dismantling of a significant portion of their operations.
