Job Responsibilities and Requirements
The primary responsibilities of the Technical Support Agent include providing first-level technical support for printers and professional printing solutions, assisting users remotely. Key tasks involve diagnosing network connectivity issues, resolving incidents related to Wi-Fi, LAN, and IP addresses, and troubleshooting driver and printing software problems. Additionally, the role requires guiding users through printer installation and configuration, managing scanning incidents, and addressing print queue issues.
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Bac+2 or Bac+3 in IT, systems and networks, or IT support, and possess excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Proficiency in network connectivity concepts, basic tools such as IP, ping, and printer sharing commands, as well as familiarity with Windows environments are essential. A strong sense of service, pedagogical skills for user support, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms are also required.
