Franchise Exhibition Morocco Returns for Its Second Edition in Casablanca

Exciting Developments at the Franchise Exhibition Morocco 2026

The Franchise Exhibition Morocco is set to make a grand return from April 15 to 17, 2026, at the International Fair of Casablanca, following its successful inaugural edition in 2025. This event, recognized as the largest franchise exhibition in Morocco and across Africa, is poised to elevate its ambitions significantly. This year's exhibition will feature the United Arab Emirates as the honored country, a completely redesigned space, and an impressive lineup of over 120 exhibitors.

Building on the momentum of its previous edition, the 2026 event is expanding its horizons. The exhibition area has been entirely revamped to accommodate a more diverse range of sectors, including food and beverage, retail, services, education, wellness, and technology. The primary objective is to attract more than 20,000 visitors, including professionals, investors, and aspiring entrepreneurs, fostering high-value exchanges through conferences, B2B meetings, and networking sessions.

Aiming for International Impact and Growth

This exhibition aligns with an ambitious strategy aimed at enhancing its international impact. An extensive digital communication campaign, the involvement of economic influencers in various strategic regions, and the establishment of matchmaking initiatives and dedicated spaces for investors are designed to position Morocco as a preferred destination for franchise development.

In a statement to SNRTnews, Mohamed Elfane, president of the Moroccan Franchise Federation, emphasized that franchising is a critical economic lever for the Kingdom. Through this new edition, the aim is to scale up by attracting more international investors and solidifying Morocco's role as a franchise hub in Africa. Additionally, Hassan Berkani, president of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services, highlighted projections for the establishment of new international franchises, creating hundreds of retail outlets, and generating thousands of jobs in the medium term. The Franchise Exhibition Morocco thus stands as a true catalyst for growth and a vehicle for integrating Morocco into global franchise networks.

Moreover, Jamila Rezgani, the vice president of the Moroccan Franchise Federation, revealed the emerging trend of increasing female entrepreneurship within the franchise model. Although women remain underrepresented, significant progress is being made, driven by initiatives and a collective will to sustainably reverse this trend in the coming years. "The signs are indeed encouraging. Compared to last year, the presence of women in the franchise sector has seen a remarkable increase, with approximately 30% more female entrepreneurs entering this ecosystem. This advancement reflects a growing interest in this model, seen as a lever for economic autonomy and professional success," she explained.

Organized by the Moroccan Franchise Federation, which has been a key player in the sector's development for over two decades, this exhibition embodies a comprehensive vision aimed at structuring the ecosystem, promoting innovation, and supporting Moroccan businesses in their national and international expansion.
