Morocco's Clarifications on Migration: A Diplomatic Necessity
Emmanuel Dupuy, a prominent French geopolitical expert and president of the Institute for Prospective and Security in Europe (IPSE), has emphasized that the issue of migration should not be manipulated within the context of Moroccan-Spanish relations. His remarks come in light of recent clarifications from Moroccan diplomacy regarding the evolving dynamics of these bilateral relations. Dupuy noted that the Moroccan Foreign Ministry's statement serves as a reminder that migration cannot be leveraged as a political tool, particularly in the run-up to Spain's elections in 2027.
